Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill or chives)
